Calculating course load - summer session

Course load refers to the number of registered course credits for a session. Undergraduate course load requirements for the summer session are as follows:

Course load needed to apply for full-time OSAP Study period length
Full-time course load equivalent in registered credits
Undergraduates without a permanent disability At least 60% 12 weeks or more At least 9 credits
11 weeks or fewer At least 4.5 credits
Undergraduates with a permanent disability At least 40% 12 weeks or more At least 6 credits
11 weeks or fewer At least 3 credits

Undergraduate students must register in summer session courses before submitting the summer OSAP aid application, because the OSAP entitlement will be affected by the specific courses in which you enrol.
